Initially, Doug wanted help with his speaking but little did how he know that our methodologies were much more expansive - combining TRUTHFUL & EMBODIED messaging, storytelling, speaking voice, body language and presence.

WESOS was hosting events across the US with very low close rates. Here is the process we took them through to achieve a 100% close rate with just a few tweaks:

A huge reason why businesses and speakers don't convert in their presentations is because there is a lack of message alignment.
We dug deep into their brand, ideal audience, objectives, challenges, etc.

Like so many presenters, sales people and marketers, they had really great content pieces but we needed to restructure the flow a bit and tweak the messaging slightly.
We identified where they were:
📌 losing the audience's attention
📌 overwhelming their guests with too much information (are you guilty of that too?)
📌 needing to bridge the gap between all the amazing things they offer and how it enhances their audience's lives
📌 finding challenges with how to position the offer in a way that felt authentic and connected
➡️ Refinement: Create a new content flow to include:
⭐ trust and community building pieces
⭐ relatable stories so people can SEE themselves
⭐ messaging that was positioned to be about the audience (and not the presenter)
⭐ insights into how WESOS can support the vision of each guest in the room
⭐ personalized engagement points
And here's the cool thing ...
💡The small changes that were made had NOTHING to do with sales tactics and everything to do telling the RIGHT stories to get the audience to feel seen and heard as well as building trust and credibility.
If you do it right, by the time you get to the offer, the people who are aligned with you will already want to buy and you don't need to do some obnoxious, drawn out offer.
